We want you to feel confident in buying your chair, so we offer a 365-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.

If you choose to return the Shiatsu Massage Chair within the 365-day window, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility depending on your location and carrier rates. Your refund will be the gross transaction amount minus any applicable return shipping costs.

To receive a refund, it’s important that the chair is returned in its original condition. Please keep the original packaging (including any box/pallet/packing materials) to avoid additional return charges. We may arrange pickup and inspect the item upon return. If the chair and packaging are found to be undamaged, we will process your refund (minus any applicable return shipping costs).

By placing an order, customers agree to adhere to this policy.

Returns

Returns are covered under our 365-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, and (when applicable) in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email hello@relaxechair.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (timing depends on your payment provider/bank).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider (or PayPal), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Unless otherwise required by law, items purchased on sale may have different return/refund conditions. If you have questions about your order, email hello@relaxechair.com and we’ll help.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email hello@relaxechair.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift credit for the value of your return (based on eligibility). If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, any refund is typically issued to the original payment method.
