2. Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Pre-orders/back-orders (if applicable) will always show an estimated ship date on the product page.
3. Delivery – Massage Chairs & Saunas
- In-Home Delivery to Your Door (Up to the 2nd Floor): We deliver your boxed unit to your door — even on the 2nd floor.
- No curbside-only drop: This offer is designed to be hassle-free with no paid delivery add-ons.
- Tracking Provided: You’ll receive tracking and delivery updates once your order ships.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect packaging for visible damage upon arrival and notify us if anything looks off.
4. Tracking Your Order

5. Delivery Issues
- Lost in transit: Contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier and guide you through the next step.
- Visible damage: Photograph the box/product and email us as soon as possible so we can assist.
- Delivery reschedule: If you need to change delivery timing, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
6. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
We currently ship within the United States only. No international duties apply for USA deliveries.
